I am The Okcitykid, That Crazy Kid who said what!

I believe in God, I believe in Jesus. Is Jesus the son of God? We are all children of God; I know this because Jesus said so. When was I saved? I haven't been, not yet, it will be awhile, and it’s a long process. God takes us as if we were a ball of clay and makes us unto himself. This I was told in a dream, and it takes a long time.

Someday, I hope to be a writer. I'm a very quiet person, but I have a lot to write. I'm an Independent who believes in balance. Believing our country is out of balance, and I wish to remedy that. I've served in the United States Navy from 1977 to 1992. I'm a Veteran for Peace, and there are MANY of us. Some of us, even Republican. I was a truck driver for four years - the Okcitykid was my handle.

Trees have always been important to me. They are big and strong and live a long time. A lot of my poems talk about trees. And on the small piece of land that my wife and I now own, we have planted many trees and plan to have all of our little piece of earth covered with trees. They are good for the environment, they provide shade and block the wind. The animals love them, from the trees they find both food and shelter. When I die, I want to be buried under a big old tree without a casket, so that my body can feed the tree.

Politically, I am neither right nor left. I am both a Conservative and a Libertarian, because I believe in both Liberty and Conservation. What ever is just and fair has my vote - period!

The truth is out there, seek and ye shall find, and it shall let you free.
